Young Tigers 

Our Young Tigers Kung Fu program provides a safe, supportive and challenging environment for children ages 5 and up to learn responsibility, confidence, discipline, respect and focus. Children are exposed to Chinese language and culture in addition to learning punching, kicking, stances, Kung Fu form and partner drills. Our traditional martial arts training develops physical strength, agility and cardiovascular health while challenging children to focus their minds on accomplishing a task set before them. Through our core values, we also help our Young Tigers develop integrity and a strong character, equipping them to be leaders of the future.

Teen Tigers

As our Young Tigers mature and grow into teens, we help their families guide them into maturity throughout these formative years. Sifu Koh and his instructors are role models and mentors for our teens, encouraging them to have good morals, a strong work ethic and self-confidence. Our Teen Tigers program helps teens create healthy habits that will benefit them for decades to come. Teen Tigers are expected to take up responsibility, set goals, take ownership of their training and practice and be accountable for themselves. We are building strong and resilient teenagers prepared to come into adulthood.

Adult Tigers

In today's fast-paced world, adults are constantly challenged to make time to take care of themselves, but every adult knows that if they don't take care of themselves, they can't take care of their families and responsibilities. This is where we come in. We give our adult students the opportunity to invest back into themselves, thereby investing back into our families and communities. Maintaining one's physical and mental health, as well as acquiring a new skill set of martial attributes is of paramount importance for the adults of today.

 

Even though many adults may think it's too late for them to learn, it's never too late to learn. Our program is geared towards challenging the student to go beyond their comfort zone. From high intensity work and the pressures of family relationships, the adult student needs a release valve, and this can be achieved through the practice of Kung Fu. The physical benefits of Kung Fu training include muscle tone, flexibility, reducing high blood pressure, strengthening internal organs and the overall fortification of the body as we age. Equally important are the mental and spiritual benefits, including memory retention, mental focus and the confidence of being able to handle adversity.

Our adult programs include Kung Fu basics, form and weaponry training, sparring and two-man training. Master Koh teaches Kung Fu from a functional perspective, and everything in our training program contains real and practical self-defense application.​
